Delete Your Account

Pending legal review — not yet verified. This document describes what Unrack actually collects and does, but it has not been reviewed by a qualified professional, and the contracting entity, registered address and governing law are still placeholders. Have both confirmed before relying on it.
You can delete your Unrack account and its associated data at any time. This page explains how, in line with Apple App Store and Google Play requirements.
Delete from within the app
- Open Unrack and go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
- Your account and workout data are permanently removed. This action can't be undone.
Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email support@getunrack.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and process the request.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile information.
- Your logged workouts, templates, tags, and personal records.
- Any videos and clips you recorded in the app.
What we may retain
We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, for the minimum period necessary.
